The process is pretty easy…

eMail or call us with a general description of your item Photographs are certainly helpful, as are detailed descriptions including any specifics relating to special value or collectability.

We'll tell you what we think it will sell for on ebay.

We'll give you a very general idea of what we believe that we can get for your items. This is an educated guess, and isn't binding. We try to err on the conservative side so that we don't spend time with items that are not salable, and you don't have false expectations of your item's worth. If we mutually agree that your item is something that we can sell at a rate that delivers you enough value to make it worth your while, we'll send you a consignment sale agreement for you to return with your item(s). You can drop your item(s) at our office in Independence, MO or you can ship them to us. Upon receipt, we'll compile a list of the items along with a description, noting any flaws, damage or wear, and document your item(s) condition with photographs.

We document your item(s) details and condition.

We will photograph your items again for presentation in the eBay listing, both to present it in the best light, and, if applicable, to document any anomalies, defects or damage. (Remember, the key to a successful eBay sale is to accurately and completely describe the item for sale along with any defects or anomalies. An informed bidder is most likely to be happy with the item they receive.) We'll list your item on eBay for as long or as often as we feel, in our sole discretion, that it is reasonable to do so. At the very least, we'll list your item three times.

We manage the auction, collect payment and ship your item.

We'll answer any buyer inquiries during the auction, and we'll only bother you in the event that we need additional information to answer a potential bidder's questions. Upon the successful completion of your auction, we'll contact the buyer and collect payment. We'll arrange shipping and ship the item by insured trackable carrier, documenting the delivery and delivery date. On your consignment item, we offer a three day satisfaction guarantee to the buyer.

We send you the money!

Upon expiration of the satisfaction guarantee period, we'll send you a check within three business days for the amount of the sale, less eBay's fees and our commission.
